I understand that my VBAC mamas need a specialized plan to insure the best possible outcome I have done the research and networking necessary to get all the help we need to release the fears and achieve your goals. This plan includes: *2 prenatal visits to prepare for birth and postpartum (1 hour each). Ensuring you and I are on the same page before we are in the delivery room *I will be available via phone, text, or email starting from date of hire until end of postpartum visit *Birth education consists of birth plan writing, labor preparation, partner preparation, birthplace essential checklists, breastfeeding basics. *24-hour on-call availability, 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date *My presence and support during your labor and delivery. Creating the space you want, I will bring candles, oils or whatever else we decide or agree upon and more. *Assistance with initial breastfeeding *One post-partum visit to debrief about birth and any questions about your new bundle of joy Available at Birth Center, Home and Hospital Births. Also offer this in a modified version virtually Don’t live in Dallas but want me as your doula? Looking for an alternative to an in-person? *You will receive two doula visit appointments over zoom, on call access by email until birth. *Text and phone during workings hours (hours to be extended on birthing day). *Birth education consists of birth plan writing, labor preparation, partner preparation, hospital essential checklists, breastfeeding basics.
